Client: Event Title: Investment Insights Event Type: Roadshow The Investment Insights Roadshow covered 9 cities in Australia and New Zealand. With an emphasis on technical production, the events offered clients the opportunity to hear from the best in the business and advise them of trends and opportunities over a high-end dinning experience. Each individual events ranged from 50 – 200 guests and was held in top 5* hotels and unique spaces. The presentations were delivered over 3 course dinners with drinks, canapés and networking on arrival. With many of the events running back to back, over a tight 2-week period, Belle Laide was responsible for all bookings and logistics involved in the process and ensuring everything ran to schedule. International speakers attended each event to individually present on specialised topics, finishing with panel discussions, led by senior management. Since first running the roadshow in 2014, Belle Laide Events are currently working as conference organisers on the project in its third run, noting the success of each series. Client: Vodafone Event Title: Vodafone Roadshow Event Type: Initiative When Vodafone Australia requested a roadshow run for a programmed internal sales initiative, Belle Laide was engaged to manage all facets of the event management and production. Belle Laide happily accepted the short lead challenge. With a 4-week lead-time, a solid series of intricate events were designed, built and delivered. Venue scoping, budgeting, all levels of logistics, decor, conceptual design, entertainment rosters and the final delivery of 5 events, in 5 cities…all were happening back-to-back in 5 days. Not one’s to fear time restraints, Belle Laide’s approach was still very much on delivering a high level of detail and design within the work that came back to reflect the over arching program that Vodafone were launching. Custom media walls, interactive activities, purpose built and branded race car sets, touring entertainment and production elements with custom content all ensured the message was going to be loud and clear. A must have for the end client. The entire team and production partners across the country came together to divide and conquer. Once the dust settled it was nothing but smiles….a faultless 5-state roadshow with targets achieved, message delivered, and most importantly the staff buy-in achieved.
